    The Source

    The Valencian Co-Operative of Olive Oil Farmers is a community partnership in the Valencian region comprising seperate local farming groups with hundreds of years of olive oil expertise. The olive trees are located in "Enguera Mountains", "Irta Mountains", "Serranos Mountain" and "Alicante Mountains".

    Harvest

    The oil is milled the same day the olives are harvested. Elaborated through a two-phase cold (25ºC) continuous system and centrifugation.
